The 90′s in London underwent a sort of revolution in the food and beverage industry and Cenk Fikri was a major part of that revolution. As a part of the set-up and management team for the K-Bar, new standards for wealthy playgrounds were set, secrets of the rich and famous were well-kept behind closed
doors and a new era was born. Owner Piers Adam had a clear K-Bar philosophy were those who were thinking about joining: “The exciting industries in London are fashion, music, media and the City. I want a place where this wok of incredible minds can get together in the heart of London and create a great deal of
energy.” K-Bar became a place where the likes of Prince William, Tara Palmer-Tomkinson, Tom Parker-Bowles and Josh Astor would regularly romp. It became famous for being infamous. In other words it was “the hottest hang in London”…
